If you plan to drive in a foreign country with your US-issued driver’s license, you will need an Apostille for your driver’s license (DL) to be considered legal abroad. Multichoice Apostille can help you with obtaining an Apostille on your DL.    
    
First, you will need to have a copy of your driver’s license certified by a Notary Public in the state that issued your driver’s license. Make sure you choose an experienced licensed Notary knowledgeable on document certification for use abroad.  A color copy of your license with the attached notary affidavit should be acceptable. 

Don’t worry if you are already outside of the United States. You can send to our office your original driver’s license and we can obtain an Apostille on it.
